How to Make an Appointment
To make an appointment at any of our locations, with the exception of our Express Care center, call the center directly (see our locations page). You can walk in to all medical locations for medical care WITHOUT an appointment if you are sick or have minor injuries. Our Express Care center is walk in only for people ages 2+. A NO SHOW POLICY IS IN EFFECT! Please confirm and keep your scheduled appointments. Please let us know at least four hours before an appointment if you can’t come. View our No Show Policy
ELECTRONIC CHECK IN IS AVAILABLE! Patients who have given us permission to text them will be sent a link to check in. If you do not receive a text before your appointment call your center to make sure we have the correct cell number for you.
Telemedicine and teledentistry appointments via the phone or video are available. YOU MUST TAKE THE CALL IN A VIRGINIA LOCATION. Virtual appointments are also available at Metompkin Elementary for MES students and staff during the school year as well as Accawmacke and Kegotank Elementary students.
