Discounts are available depending on income and family size.
Payment Information
Payments are first applied to unpaid charges for past services and credited to the guarantor’s (the person responsible for the bill) or their children’s accounts. Once those balances are paid, any remaining amount is applied to new charges from recent visits.
Refund Information
Patient accounts with a credit balance (extra money on account) are reviewed by a senior billing specialist to determine whether the credit belongs to the patient or the insurance company. The specialist will confirm that no sliding fee discounts, incorrect write‑offs, or collections have been applied. Refunds will not be issued for accounts that have an unpaid balance being handled by a collection agency. Approved refunds are processed at the end of each month and mailed to the patient as a check; refunds are not issued to credit cards.

We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. Your payment and personal information is always safe.
