We offer three pharmacies. In-house pharmacies offer the following benefits:
Consistent Care
Our health care providers and pharmacists can cooperate in managing your health care by discussing medications that may be prescribed. Patients can also tap into other Rural Health services, such has our Chronic Care Management program, through our pharmacies.
Convenience
“One stop shopping” makes it easier for you to make health a priority because it is easier to get your prescriptions. This allows you to take your medications on schedule.
Peace of Mind
Through our pharmacies we can ensure needed medications are accessible and available. You can get what you need, when you need it. Our free Pharmacy Assistance program can review qualifying patients’ medicines and determine the most affordable way to get them – click here for info.

Rayfield’s Pharmacy*
*Rayfield’s Pharmacy is operating within our Eastville Community Health Center. The pharmacy is open Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. You can enter the pharmacy through the center lobby or use the drive through.
