Primary Care - Rural Health offers primary care services for all ages at our four centers across the Eastern Shore of Virginia.

CBBT Toll Program - This program provides tickets to Eastern Shore residents traveling across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel for medical appointments based on income and family size.
Chronic Care Management - Chronic Care Management (CCM) is a Medicare sponsored program that allows us to closely monitor your health and well being between visits.
Diabetes Prevention Program - Take preventative action against Type 2 diabetes. The program is FREE to qualifying pre-diabetic Eastern Shore of Virginia residents.
Foreign Travel Prep - Before foreign travel, receive counseling on common illnesses and recommended immunizations with Eastern Shore Rural Health.
Health Education - Health Education is a free service for all Rural Health patients. Health educators can help you manage illnesses & health issues.
Help Getting Prescriptions - Through our free Pharmacy Assistance Program, a medication assistance caseworker can review your medicines & find cost-saving initiatives.

Kiptopeke Elementary Dental - Kiptopeke Elementary School Dental Unit – for ages 6 months through 18 years – Children do NOT have to attend Kiptopeke Elementary to be seen.
Metompkin Elementary Dental - Metompkin Elementary School Dental Unit – for ages 6 months through 18 years – Children do NOT have to attend Metompkin Elementary to be seen.
Nandua Middle Dental - Nandua Middle School Dental Unit – for ages six months through 18 years – Children do NOT have to attend Nandua Middle to be seen here.
Pungoteague Elementary Dental - Pungoteague Elementary School Dental Unit – for all children ages 6 months through 18 years – Children do NOT have to attend Pungoteague.
