FAQs
What is Acute Care?
Medical needs that are not routine and are not an emergency and minor injuries can be handled on a walk in basis.
Do I Need to Call Ahead?
You do not need to call ahead or make an appointment for walk-in care. Simply visit any of our medical locations to be seen for most standard urgent care needs.
What Counts as Quick Sick Care?
Sick walk in care is for urgent medical needs that aren’t emergencies but still can’t wait for a regular appointment. Our experienced team treats a wide range of non-life-threatening conditions, including minor sprains, burns, cuts, wounds, and rashes; common infections like fever, cold, flu, cough, sore throat, sinus infections, and urinary tract infections; nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea; eye irritation or infection; mild allergic reactions; mild to moderate asthma symptoms; earaches, toothaches, and even suspected broken bones (as long as the bone isn’t displaced). We also care for insect bites and animal bites. Our goal is to get you feeling better, faster—with convenient, compassionate urgent care you can count on.
