MESSAGE POSTED MAY 22, 2025. Anthem/Healthkeepers has sent letters out saying some of our providers are leaving their network and will no longer participating.  These letters were sent in error by Anthem. All of our providers participate with Anthem/Healthkeepers.

Telemedicine virtual medical appointments are now available at Metompkin Elementary five days a week! Telemedicine appointments are now available to Metompkin Elementary students registered for the program Monday through Friday. Tuesday and Thursday have been added to the schedule. To enroll your child in the program, CLICK HERE to download the School Program Registration Form and the School Health History Form.
